Enjoying your outdoor spaces as long as possible in Chicago can be a challenge. This three season room was built to create a cozy entertaining space for our clients, that could be used well into the typical off-season.

The sloped roof and custom built trellis walls add protection and privacy to the room, with heat being provided by the fireplace and overhead heat lamps.

The built-in grill is protected from the elements so it can be used year round, without any need for snow removal in the space or on the grill.

This gas fireplace is ventless and creates a modern and calming aesthetic within the space. You’ll often find a member of this family working from home on the couch or reading by the fireplace.

The front entrance is a custom built, tiered bluestone pathway that coordinates in style with this new Modern Tudor.
